Our light steel frame bathroom pods deliver a number of advantages to a development which requires a large number of standardised bathrooms such as residential buildings, hotels and student accommodation.

We have the ability to manufacture up to 5,000 pods per year in our West Midlands manufacturing facility where our skilled teams manufacture each pod from scratch to the exact specification of the client. For the past few years we have seen an increase in the demand for different floor finishes, the most popular being the floorless pod which brings aesthetic and installation benefits to the contractor on site as well as cost efficiencies. We continuously evolve our systems to offer clients and contractors the best solution for their project and budget.

All pods are electric and plumb tested as well as quality checked and cleaned prior to being delivered to site ready for direct install into the building. The pod, delivered to site complete, ready to be connected to M&E saves the main contractor a great deal of time in their construction program as bathrooms can be the most time consuming part of any high occupancy development.

We have worked with some of the leading contractors and developers. Our biggest single order to date has been for 1,206 pods for John Sisk at Circle Square’s residential development in Manchester.

Co-pod

The Co-pod represents a unique range of units containing all of the essential service elements required in modular housing.

Four pod types can be organised in a number of different configurations to suit a range of house types.

The units provide kitchen, bath, shower, staircase, storage, power, lighting, ventilation, heating, heat recovery and communications within a single offsite manufacturing system.

Using multiple pods in an efficient configuration means that all mains building services can be located in a central core, and, since the pod contains all of the required service elements there is no need for first or second fix mechanical or electrical services within the fabric of the building.

Utility Pod

The Utility pod provides the mechanical, heating, technology and building services for the residential sector, perfect for buildings of high occupancy.

We manufacture specific to each projects requirements, offering a quality solution which adds efficiency to the delivery of residential developments.

All utility pods are offsite certified and provide cost certainty to the client.
