Our design and build service is distinguished by three key areas; pre-construction, design, and manufacturing and construction services. Our experience in the preparation, design and build of traditional buildings paired with our high quality modules manufactured by our skilled team under strict processes and quality checks provides a modular building with a great deal of added value for our clients.

Our first ever modular turnkey project was for Premier Inn, where we installed 59 modules and the roof in just six days. Since then we have gone on to deliver complex modular projects within the care home, hotel, student accommodation and residential sectors.

Our largest project to date has been a 779 bed student accommodation scheme in Colchester where we managed the design and build of the development including the manufacture and install of 1049 room modules. We handed over the building to the student operator in just 24 months.
