Our first ever modular project was for Premier Inn which saw all 59 room modules, roof structure, floor, ceiling and corridor cassettes installed in just 6 days, quite an achievement which even back in 2015 demonstrated the capability of offsite construction methods.

We have delivered modular hotels for some big names in the hotel sector including Bloc Hotel and Premier Inn.
