Elements Europe has successfully positioned itself, as one of the leading organisations in the UK’s off-site manufacturing and construction market; having an enviable portfolio of projects across hotels, residential and student accommodation.

Following substantial investment by leading global construction firm, GS Engineering & Construction (GS E&C), Elements Europe have a number of large projects in the pipeline and is looking to scale up the delivery capability with immediate effect.

Reports to:                         Working Team Leader and Production Supervisor

Direct Reports:                 None

Salary:                                  £13.50 per hour

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in Framing, Boarding and Roofing Bathroom pods and Modular pods (preferred, but not essential)
• Required to assemble the metal steel that gets produced out of the rolling machine into our frames
• Cutting boards to bespoke sizing to fit individual frames
• Using power and hand tools e.g. Collator, Impact Drill, Combi Drill and Digital Tape Measure
• Installing rock wall into the sides and tops of Bathroom pods and Modular pods
• Fitting temporary doors, to our finished Bathroom pods
• Heat wrapping our Bathroom pods for shipping
• Report all quality/design problems to supervisors/managers
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation in addition to Elements Europe Risk Assessment and Procedures
• Ensure that all works are manufactured in accordance with Elements Europe drawings and specifications
• Ensure housekeeping standards are kept at the level required
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Elements Europe quality systems and checks

Experience and Knowledge required:

• Be able to work at height e.g. using steps and A-frame ladders
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Ability to take direction and to ask questions if unsure
• Punctual and reliable
• Working at Height training certificate (preferred, but not essential)
• Ability to read basis technical drawings
• Experience carrying out these or similar tasks
• Must have the right to work in UK.
