We are pleased to announce that bathroom pod installation has now begun at the historic Tower Works site in Leeds city centre, for main contractor Sir Robert McAlpine.

Elements Europe will deliver and install 329 bathroom pods of different type, helping with creation of two new residential buildings – 245 new homes in total – including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom build-to-rent apartments and duplexes.

The £57m Tower Works scheme is being delivered by Richardson and Ask Real Estate in conjunction with Homes England and it lies at the heart of the Holbeck Urban Village renovation area.

Tower Works has a rich industrial history and it’s located in the most distinctive waterside in Leeds city centre, featuring several listed buildings, including three elegant, Italianate towers that lend the site its name.

Tower Works is a mixed use sustainable development that sensitively regenerates the industrial site, providing much needed homes, commercial offices, retail and leisure spaces.
