Last week’s topping out ceremony marked another significant milestone for the New Victoria development in Manchester city centre. Elements Europe along with the other site subcontractors have been warmly welcomed to celebrate this significant achievement.

The development is scheduled to be completed in 2024. The ceremony was organised to mark the “topping out” of the structure of the building that Elements Europe have supplied bathroom pods to.

I am impressed to see how the main contractor VINCI Construction UK, urban regenerator specialists Muse Developments and site owner Pension Insurance Corporation PLC’s vision is become a reality” said Kevin Arthur, Head of Sales at Elements Europe

New Victoria will be a mixed-use development in Manchester city centre, Element Europe have manufactured and delivered 866 bathroom pods for the scheme.
