Elements Europe has successfully won a contract with Sir Robert McAlpine to deliver the offsite bathroom pod element of its Tower Works residential development in Leeds.

Project Description: 329 bathroom pods

Elements Europe will manufacture and deliver 329 bathroom pods to the scheme. Five types of pod will be manufactured, a main bathroom and en-suite pod and feature fully tiled walls, large vanity cabinets and a high levels of sanitary and brassware fitout.

A prototype is being manufactured which will be fully approved by Sir Robert McAlpine’s team prior to the full manufacture commencing at the end of October this year.

Once complete the scheme will offer 245 one, two and three bed apartments to rent, set within one of the most distinctive waterside developments in Leeds city centre. The scheme is a joint venture between Richardson and Ask real estate in partnership with Homes England.    The scheme is mixed use comprising commercial offices and new homes, and will be a welcoming environment with public spaces and improved connectivity. The carefully designed apartments will fit perfectly with the contemporary aesthetics of the surrounding south bank regeneration project and is sympathetic the heritage of the area.
