Seward Street, London: Residential Bathroom Pods

The Client

Elements Europe worked in collaboration with Mount Anvil, to deliver 167 Bathroom Pods as part of a high specification residential scheme in Seward Street, Central London.

Mount Anvil acted as both the contractor and the client on the project. This is the fourth scheme Elements Europe has undertaken with Mount Anvil, a relationship which will hopefully continue on future schemes.

Project Description: 167 Bathroom Pods

The scheme saw Elements Europe successfully install 167 Bathroom Pods over six storeys to a residential development. The bathrooms were all completed to a very high standard of finish with premium quality fixtures and fittings. The development was a mix of social, shared ownership and private ownership housing.

The site provided numerous challenges with limited access and varying floor levels throughout the building. Elements Europe worked closely with Mount Anvil to ensure such restrictions did not compromise the successful delivery of the scheme.

Elements Europe was on-site for a total of 12 weeks undertaking the installation in accordance with the programme of the main contractor.
