Elements Europe will deliver pods to site in line with BCEGI’s construction programme to ensure efficient installation.

Elements Europe also manufactured for phase one of the scheme, delivering 914 pods. In total, once the development is complete, 1,798 bathroom pods will have been manufactured and delivered successfully to the scheme.

“We are delighted to be selected for phase two of this project underpinning our performance on the first phase, BCEGI are a key client for us and we look forward to maintaining a strong relationship.” Commented Kevin Arthur, Director, Elements Europe.

The £700 million development is a new mix use scheme in close proximity to Salford Central railway station and as well as modern apartments, it also offers shops, hotels, restaurants and bars as well as public open spaces with a waterfront setting.
