Elements Europe is in the midst of completing its second student accommodation scheme with Mace in Central London. The 18-storey building will see the implementation of 196 Bathroom Pods using Elements Europe’s Solopod system.
Due to its Central London Location on Commercial Road, the logistics of this project have been carefully planned and managed. All deliveries will occur outside of normal working hours on a Saturday at the request of the main contractor and the client.
Elements Europe’s Kevin Arthur comments: “We are delighted to be manufacturing and installing another student accommodation scheme. This project has once again shown the flexibility and speed of modular construction. These bathroom pods have been completed to a very high finish and will be ready for the beginning of the new academic term.”
