Elements Europe has been appointed by John Sisk & Son Ltd to manufacture 849 bathroom and ensuite pods for the Moda Living rental neighbourhood at Great Charles Street, Birmingham . This will be the fifth Moda project that Elements Europe has delivered and the second one in Birmingham, following the successful completion of Moda, The Mercian on Broad Street alongside main contractor John Sisk & Son

Elements Europe is also currently in manufacture on the second phase of Moda, The McEwan in Edinburgh with Robertsons Construction, continuing the partnership from the initial phase, and previously worked on the now completed Moda, New York Square in Leeds alongside Caddick Construction.

The new pods at Great Charles Street in Birmingham will be manufactured to the Moda’s standard specification.

Manufacture is programmed in for April 2024 with deliveries commencing May 2024 through until 2025.
