Elements Europe has successfully secured a contract with Yorkshire owned contractor Caddick Construction to manufacture 740 bathroom pods for a Moda Living PRS scheme in Leeds city centre called New York Square.

Elements Europe will manufacture six different types of bathroom pod for the scheme including bath pods, shower pods, and bath/shower pods of varying sizes. The bathroom pods will be manufactured to the same spec as The Mercian, Birmingham, another PRS scheme currently being manufactured for Moda Living.

The development will consist of 515 homes across 16 storeys. It will have a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as a unique two bed sharer option which will provide two equally-sized bedrooms, with en-suites on either side of a shared living space, perfect for those wanting to share.

The scheme is part of a larger development by Caddick Developments named SOYO, and the apartments will be rented out by Moda Living, owners of Caddick Construction.

In addition to the 515 rental homes, SOYO will also include a new hotel, bars, restaurants, further residential, a multi storey car park as well as high quality public realm and open green spaces.
