Elements Europe has been awarded a contract with McLaren Construction to design, manufacture and deliver 131 Bathroom Pods for Premier Inn in South Bromley.

This is not the first time that Elements Europe and McLaren Construction have collaborated to deliver for a client having worked on Paris Gardens, a student accommodation scheme in central London.

Elements Europe has a wealth of experience working with the Premier Inn brand; this will be the twelfth Premier Inn project Elements Europe has delivered to date.

All Bathroom Pods will be manufactured to Premier Inn’s ID4 specification, a modern bright design with large landscape tiles and silver grout. Elements Europe will manufacture both standard Bathroom Pods as well as accessible pods ready for the installation to commence at the end of July.

This new Premier Inn makes up just part of the Bromley South Central regeneration scheme. A mixed use scheme which will see £90 million invested in the area to provide the Premier Inn as well as retail, residential, restaurants and open space.
