Elements Europe has welcomed a new Head of HR, Alex Pearce. 

Alex has joined Elements Europe with vast experience in HR management having spent many years within manufacturing businesses. Alex’s key skills lie in HR legislation and is proud of the experience she can bring in providing advice and guidance, as well as driving key management decisions to Elements Europe and its workforce. Alex is also a Chartered fellow of the CIPD.
