Elements Europe to Attend Apprenticeship Show
Elements Europe will be exhibiting at the hugely successful Apprenticeship Show on Thursday 16th March.
The show which will be held at the Telford International Centre will showcase a range of career and training opportunities available across Telford and the wider West Midlands.
Members of Elements Europe’s HR team will be on hand to demonstrate the array of apprenticeships available at their 200,000 sqft manufacturing facility in Telford.
“We have numerous vacancies for apprentices looking to develop a trade in modular construction” Commented Michael Lloyd HR Director at Elements Europe.
“We value the opportunity to help apprentices learn a new trade and we encourage all of our employees to continue to educate themselves through training allowing them to progress and develop to ensure they become specialists in their area” Added Lloyd.
Age is no limit when it comes to apprenticeships, although pupils from years 10,11,12, and 13 have been invited anyone can attend and become an apprentice.
Councillor Gilly Reynolds, Telford & Wrekin Council’s Cabinet Member for Education, Employment & Regeneration said: “Apprenticeships have recently become much more popular with both employers and apprentices alike. For employers, it gives them the opportunity to grow their business and nurture their future workforce. For the apprentice, it gives them a non-academic route into a chosen career.
“We have heard of many cases, including within this Council, of apprentices who have shone and gone on to greater things with the same employer.
“The Apprenticeship Show is a great opportunity to apply for or find out about the hundreds of opportunities available.”
