Elements Europe are pleased to announce that the demolition at East Road site in London – carried out by contractor J F Hunt – has been completed.
 
The East Road scheme will provide five-storeys of high-quality offices below a 17-storey volumetric modular Motel One Group 4-star hotel. The majority of the superstructure will be constructed by prefabricated modules, minimising environmental effects and disruption thanks to fewer site deliveries.
 
Piling work commenced in August and will be provided by Foundation Piling Limited.
Elements Europe are looking forward to the next stages of the project.
