Elements Europe’s client GMI Construction has visited the Telford manufacturing facility to view two bathroom pod prototypes for their Bendix Street development in Manchester.

The contractor was delighted with the finish quality and specification choices, providing Elements Europe the go-ahead to commence production of all bathroom pods for the scheme. The 12-storey building will comprise a total of 161 build-to-rent units, including a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Elements Europe has worked closely with the client to ensure all aesthetic and functional requirements have been met. In total, 267 pods will be manufactured for this project.
