Elements Europe have completed manufacture of 267 bathroom pods for a £37m GMI Construction Group PLC’s residential scheme in Manchester city centre.

The 12-storey building located on Bendix Street will comprise a total of 161 build-to-rent units, including a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Featuring extensive commercial and communal spaces, roof terrace and cycling paths, the accommodation will offer residents excellent amenities.

Elements Europe have a wealth of experience working on residential projects, supplying both bathroom pods and room modules. The development is due to be completed by the end of 2023.
