The first bathroom pods have arrived on site at a new build-to-rent (BTR) residential development in Manchester’s New Cross district.

Elements Europe have been awarded a second contract with GMI Construction to manufacture and deliver 267 bathroom pods for this scheme.

The 12-storey building located on Bendix Street will comprise a total of 161 build-to-rent units, including a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Featuring extensive commercial and communal spaces, roof terrace and cycling paths, the accommodation will offer residents excellent amenities.

The first bathroom pods have been manufactured and delivered on time, in line with the contractor’s installation programme.
