Elements Europe has successfully completed install of all 1206 bathroom pods for Circle Square’s residential scheme in Manchester city centre.

Elements Europe was contracted by its client, the main contractor John Sisk to manufacture the bathroom pods for this scheme.

All pods were manufactured to a high standard to reflect the young professional, city centre residential market in which it resides. The pods were also manufactured floorless at the request of the client to allow for a smooth and continuous floor finish throughout each apartment.

Our transport team liaised closely with the onsite team to ensure the pods were delivered to site in line with John Sisk’s construction schedule. The building has been constructed with a concrete frame; therefore a Canti Deck was used to install bathroom pods with ease.

Circle Square is being developed by Bruntwood and Select Property Group, and is located on Oxford Road on the site of the former BBC building in Manchester City Centre.

Circle Square is an eight year project which is to be delivered in three phases. It has been carefully designed to create its very own community space which is active and atmospheric. When fully complete Circle Square will be home to serviced apartments, shops, multi storey car park, PRS apartments and a hotel.
