All of our pods and modules are manufactured in the UK and we control the entire manufacturing process all under our 200,00sqft roof in the Telford, West Midlands.

He provides leadership to strategically manage risk, monitor finances and ensure each phase of work is started or completed on time.
Shane has eighteen years of experience in the construction & development industry and has been working on multi-million pound projects across the UK and Europe including hospitals, student accommodation and luxury residential developments. Shane is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS).

Lee Ann has been in H&S for over 12 years mainly in manufacturing and logistics. She has also been responsible for H&S in healthcare company. She is NEBOSH qualified and an internal auditor for ISO 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
Our head office and manufacturing facility is based in Telford in the West Midlands.
In this 200,000 sq ft building we control the whole manufacturing process and is also home to all of our supporting departments; design, procurement, sales and finance.
We build from scratch, each steel frame for every bathroom pod and fully volumetric module is welded, boarded and internally fitted out by our skilled teams of plasterers, plumbers, electricians, joiners and tilers.
Once complete our quality supervisors sign off the pod or module ready for them to be bagged ready for delivery to site.
