Elements Europe are pleased to announce that the piling work at East Road site in London has been completed.

Localised excavation for the capping beam reinforced concrete has commenced under Archaeological and UXO watching brief. These will be followed by the bulk excavation works.

The East Road scheme will provide a three-storey basement, ground floor hotel area and five-storeys of high-quality offices below a 17-storey volumetric modular Motel One Group 4-star hotel.

The majority of the superstructure will be constructed by prefabricated modules, minimising environmental effects and disruption thanks to fewer site deliveries. We are looking forward to the next stages of the project.
