Elements Europe have been awarded a second contract with GMI Construction Group PLC to design, manufacture and deliver 267 bathroom pods for a residential development in Manchester.
The 12-storey building located on Bendix Street will comprise a total of 161 build-to-rent units, including a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Featuring extensive commercial and communal spaces, roof terrace and cycling paths, the accommodation will offer residents excellent amenities.
GMI Construction has been appointed as main contractor. The project will go into manufacture June 2022 in line with the contractor’s installation programme.
Elements Europe have a wealth of experience working on residential projects, supplying both bathroom pods and room modules. The development is due to be completed by the end of 2023.
