Elements Europe are pleased to announce that the final bathroom pods are being manufactured and installed at £130 million Vinci Construction’s New Victoria development in Manchester city centre.

We have manufactured 866 bathroom pods including main bathrooms with bath/shower and en-suite pods with showers. All pods were manufactured floorless enabling a continuous floor finish throughout each of the 520 apartments within two towers – 20 & 25 storeys respectively.

New Victoria is being developed by Muse Developments near Victoria Station, using Manchester based architects Sheppard Robson. Muse is one of the country’s leading names in mixed-use development and urban regeneration.

Elements Europe delivered all the pods to site in line with Vinci’s Construction programme to ensure an efficient install.
