Elements Europe has welcomed Laura Coleman to its Leadership Team. Laura has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources, with this time predominately being spent with manufacturing and engineering companies, where she has worked her way up from Assistant to Functional Head.

“My passion is people and how we effectively manage our employees to drive and encourage their passion within the business to reap high standards” commented Laura.

“Having been submerged in the manufacturing industry for many years I am well versed to its processes and challenges and look forward to driving the HR function within Elements Europe” Laura added.

Laura didn’t start out for a career in HR. After firstly obtaining a degree in Law and studying the Legal Practise Course to become a Solicitor, Laura made a decision to take a career in HR.

Whilst working in HR departments Laura completed her Postgraduate Diploma and Masters in Human Resource Management.
