Elements Europe is manufacturing bathroom pods for another Moda Living project. Moda Living is one of the most prominent names in the build to rent market right now.  

Following successful wins of Moda’s New York Square development in Leeds and it’s development in Birmingham named The Mercian, Elements Europe has now successfully won a contract to supply bathroom pods for its latest development, Springside in Edinburgh.

Elements Europe will deliver 508 bathroom pods for its client, Robertson Construction who is the main contractor for the Springside Moda development.

The pods will follow the same design as those already in manufacture so that the Moda Living brand is aesthetically consistent. Each are fully tiled with large landscape stone effect tiles and are fitted with large showers, wall hung wc and mirrored vanity unit.

Designed by architects CDA, the site is part of a re-development masterplan of the former Scottish & Newcastle Brewery site in the Fountainbridge area of Edinburgh.  The first two blocks of accommodation will create 350 Build to Rent residential apartments ranging from studios to three bed apartments.
