Elements Europe has commenced manufacture of 740 bathroom pods for a Moda PRS development in Leeds city centre called SOYO.

There are currently two projects being manufactured for Moda developments in Elements Europe’s manufacturing facility, the other, for The Mercian in Birmingham city centre which will see 692 pods manufactured.

Both projects are being manufactured to the same specification. Each pod will feature large landscape tiles with large walk in showers, bath, or shower baths, wall hung sanitaryware and large minimalistic mirrors. The pod design was specified by Moda in line with its brand aesthetics whose developments attract the professional market.

Moda are leading providers of rented accommodation in major cities across the UK, providing added extras in all of their developments such as roof top sports pitches and cinema rooms.
