Sales Manager – London/South

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our office in London. Offering a full time permanent contract you will be supporting our Head of Sales with London and the South.

Elements Europe has successfully positioned itself as a leading organisation in the UK’s off-site manufacturing and construction market; having an enviable portfolio of projects across hotels, residential and student accommodation.

Following substantial investment by leading global construction firm, GS Engineering & Construction (GS E&C), Elements Europe have a number of large projects in the pipeline and are looking to scale up the delivery capability with immediate effect.

Main function:  

 Responsible for the overall co-ordination, functional management and leadership of all sales activities from pre-development to handover within the London region.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Manager:

• Obtain profitable result through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge development.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base.
• Be aware of the key trends in the market and take appropriate action.
• Develop relationships with clients – Architects, Developers and Contractors.
• Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.
• Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
• Contribute to the companies OHSAS 45001, ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems
• along with BOPAS, CE Marking and EN1090 accreditations/certifications
• Attending operational Board management meetings.
• Maximise new business development opportunities within the region.
• Report and forecast regional sales targets/achievements to Head of Sales.
• Deliver CPD and technical update information to potential and existing clients.

What we are looking for:

• Previous sales experience in construction would be ideal
• Construction experience ideally in Modular/Pods/Modules
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Demonstrate positive attitude
• Being professional, reliable and diligent
