Process Manager

We are looking for Process Managers to join our team in Telford, Shropshire.

Rate of pay: DOE

We are currently looking for Process Managers to join our team. The role will involve ensuring all aspects and processes for the modular construction are assembled to a high standard. Ensuring all procedures are followed correctly in order to finish the module construction.

Following substantial investment by leading global construction firm, GS Engineering & Construction (GS E&C), Elements Europe have a number of large projects in the pipeline and are looking to scale up the delivery capability with immediate effect.

Essential Skills of a Process Manager

  • Compile daily/weekly reports to show performance results
  • Ensure manpower levels are maintained to meet production schedules
  • Responsibility for leading & developing staff, carry out regular appraisals, as well as disciplinary discussions when required.
  • Effective communication with other departments to ensure materials are available and manufacturing updates are given which could affect delivery schedules.
  • Lead on company H&S procedures and identify areas for improvements.
  • Work closely with quality department to ensure quality of products are maintained at the highest standard expected and that all learning are achieved.

 

The ideal candidate for a Process Manager will have:

 

  • Previous experience in a management position within a production facility
  • Good health and safety knowledge
  • Experience of ISO System is advantageous
  • Experience of construction/joiner manufacturing/fabrication would be advantageous
  • IT literate
  • Must be a peoples person who can communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work under pressure, be extremely well organised, able to multitask, requires flexibility and commitment.
