Elements Europe worked in collaboration with its sister companies, J-Ross Developments Ltd and Pickstock Construction, to provide a complete turnkey construction solution for Whitbread PLC. The end result was a 59-bedroom Premier Inn hotel and a ‘Table Table’ restaurant which formed part of the “Oswestry Gateway” development.

This was the first project that Elements Europe delivered for the Whitbread Premier Inn hotel brand, and was the start of a long relationship that has seen us deliver on numerous Premier Inn schemes across the UK.

Project Description: 59 Room Pods

The 59-bedroom hotel was manufactured and delivered by Elements Europe using our Room Pod system, reducing the development programme by one third.

Work began on this project in summer 2008 and the use of modular technology ensured that the scheme was ready for opening in April 2009. The installation process of all room modules, the roof structure, floor, ceiling and corridor cassettes took just 6 days.
