Kevin Arthur, Director at Elements Europe has spoken at a  RICS’ CPD Foundation seminar in Birmingham.  

Kevin was invited to deliver a seminar on Offsite Sustainable Construction, addressing best practice, emerging trends and key considerations for the industry.  

The seminar formed part of RICS’ CPD Foundation programme of events offering  RICS’ members a variety of interesting topics from key industry speakers across numerous UK locations.

Kevin drew upon Elements Europe’s 12 years of experience in the industry and how its manufacturing process has beneffited from strategic planning and implementation to streamline its manufacturing to deliver high quality modules in the most efficient manner to its clients.

Kevin also spoke about past and current projects in a variety of sectors focussing on the work Elements Europe is delivering in the residential sector, a hot topic in addressing the shortage of new housing in the UK.
